通过对2例非爆破所致爆震聋的噪声源的来源和特点、听力损失过程和损失特点以及诊断过程的分析,提示在职业性爆震聋的诊断中,并非所有患者皆适用于现行国家诊断标准,故对非爆破所致爆震聋患者做诊断时应灵活应用相关标准,并对诊断标准的适用范围提出补充建议。
