教育實習,是師範教育中重要的問題之一。目前各地師範學校多已開始重視這一問題,學習蘇聯先進經驗,取得了一些成績。這裏發表的北京師範和桂林師範的經驗,介紹了他們的作法和在工作中的一些初步的體會,供各地參考。我們希望師範教育工作者在今後的教育實習工作中,更積極深入地學習蘇聯先進經驗,使這一工作得到不斷的改進和提高。
Educational internship is one of the most important problems in teacher education. At present many normal schools in various places have begun to attach importance to this issue and have learned some achievements in studying the advanced experience of the Soviet Union. The experience of Beijing Normal and Guilin Normal published here presents their practices and some initial experiences in their work for reference. We hope that normal education workers will learn more advanced experience of the Soviet Union in the education internship in the future so that this work will be continuously improved and enhanced.
