[目的]评估眼科护士职业应激与自我效能水平现状,探讨眼科护士职业应激与自我效能水平之间的关系。[方法]采用横断面调查方法进行调查,于2015年5月—2015年7月选择深圳市8所医院160名眼科护士作为研究对象,应用自制的一般人口学资料问卷、简体中文版工作内容问卷(C-JCQ)、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)对病人进行调查。[结果]眼科护士GSES评分为23.31分±5.15分,处于中低等水平,显著低于国内常模(P<0.05);C-JCQ问卷评估结果显示:眼科护士在工作要求、工作自主、社会支持模块标准分分别为6.53分±1.12分、5.53分±1.15分、6.23分±1.62分;工作要求-自主性比值(D/C)为1.43±0.42;眼科护士职业应激中工作要求与一般自我效能感呈负相关(P<0.01),职业应激中工作自主、社会支持与一般自我效能感呈正相关(P<0.01)。[结论]有必要对眼科护士职业应激状态进行预测,及时给予自我效能水平增强的护理干预,从而降低职业应激状态的水平。
[Objective] To evaluate the status of occupational stress and self-efficacy of ophthalmology nurses and discuss the relationship between occupational stress and self-efficacy of ophthalmology nurses. [Methods] The cross-sectional survey method was used to investigate. From May 2015 to July 2015, 160 ophthalmic nurses from 8 hospitals in Shenzhen were selected as research objects. The questionnaire of self-made general population data and questionnaire of simplified Chinese version (C-JCQ), General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSES). [Results] The GSES score of Ophthalmology nurses was 23.31 ± 5.15, which was lower than the national average (P <0.05). The evaluation results of C-JCQ questionnaire showed that the ophthalmology nurses had different requirements for work, work autonomy, social The standard score of support module was 6.53 points ± 1.12 points, 5.53 points ± 1.15 points and 6.23 points ± 1.62 points, respectively. The work requirement-independence ratio (D / C) was 1.43 ± 0.42. Self-efficacy was negatively correlated (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between job stress and general self-efficacy in job stress (P <0.01). [Conclusion] It is necessary to predict the state of occupational stress in ophthalmology nurses and to provide nursing intervention with enhanced self-efficacy in time so as to reduce the level of occupational stress.
