尿毒症患者肺部表现的主要特征为肺水肿.由于病期不同而胸部X线表现各异.临床上易误诊为肺炎、肺结核、心源性肺水肿等而致误治.我院1987～1992年共收治尿毒症35例.其中经胸部X线检查15例,发现11例有不同程度的各异改变.现分析如下.1 临床资料1.1 诊断标准 根据我院条件,本组尿毒症的诊断标准为(1)血BUN>22.5mmol/L;(2)血肌酐(Cr)>442.0mmol/L.尿毒症患者的呼吸道症状及胸片异常表现均能除外其他肺部疾病引起.
Uremic patients with pulmonary manifestations of the main characteristics of pulmonary edema due to different stages of chest X-ray showed different clinical misdiagnosis as pneumonia, pulmonary tuberculosis, cardiogenic pulmonary edema and so mistakenly rule in our hospital 1987 ~ 1992 In a total of 35 cases of uremia .Through the chest X-ray examination in 15 cases, 11 cases found in varying degrees of different changes are as follows.1 clinical data 1.1 diagnostic criteria according to our hospital conditions, the diagnosis of uremia in this group (1) blood BUN> 22.5mmol / L; (2) serum creatinine (Cr)> 442.0mmol / L. uremia patients with respiratory symptoms and chest X-ray abnormalities can be caused except for other lung diseases.
