一、各专区企业公司改名为工业局为便于各专区加强对于私营工业的社会主义改造,发展公私合营工业;逐渐发展县级地方国营工业的领导。决定各专区企业公司改名为工业局,为专署组成部分之一,受所在专署和省府工业厅的双层领导。
First, each area enterprise company changed its name to the Bureau of Industry in order to facilitate the various prefectures to step up the socialist transformation of the private sector, the development of public-private joint-stock industry; and gradually develop the county-level local state-owned industry leadership. It is decided that the company in each prefecture will be renamed as the Industrial Bureau and one of the components of the agency, under the double leadership of the agency and the provincial government office.
