浙江省机械工业局受一机部农机局,水电部科技局委托,在一机部农业机械科学研究院协助下,于一九七七年十二月在浙江省新昌县主持召开全国喷灌泵系列鉴定会议。喷灌是一种比较先进的农田灌溉技术,它主要的优点是省水和增产,同时有利保持土壤肥力,有利农业机械化作业,能适应复杂地形和土壤条件。喷灌比一般地面灌溉增产粮食百分之十到三十,省水百分之五十以上。目前,在南方、北方,丘陵、山区、平原地区,粮食作物、经济作物或草原地区都在积极推广喷灌技术,扩大喷灌面积。大力发展喷灌技术,是抗旱夺丰收,改变农业生产面貌的一项重要措施。
Zhejiang Machinery Industry Bureau commissioned by a Department of Agricultural Machinery Bureau, Ministry of Science and Technology commissioned by the Ministry of hydropower machinery, with the assistance of the Agricultural Machinery Research Institute, in December 1977 in Xinchang County, Zhejiang Province presided over the national sprinkler pump series Appraisal meeting. Sprinkler irrigation is a relatively advanced irrigation technology, its main advantage is saving water and increasing production, while maintaining favorable soil fertility, agricultural mechanization operations, to adapt to complex topography and soil conditions. Sprinkler irrigation than the general increase in grain production 10 to 30 percent, more than 50 percent water. Currently, sprinkler irrigation technologies are being actively promoted in the southern, northern, hilly, mountainous, plains, food crops, cash crops or grassland areas to increase sprinkling area. Vigorously developing sprinkler irrigation technology is an important measure to fight drought and win the harvest and change the appearance of agricultural production.
