随着我国经济的发展和现代化水平的不断提高,企业逐渐向现代化管理发展,这给企业管理方面的人才提出更高的要求。中等职业学校作为管理人才的培养基地,更要结合企业的发展趋势,培养适合社会发展的应用型人才,满足企业对管理人才的要求。结合自身的教学经验,对如何进行工商管理专业的课程改革提出了几点建议,使得该专业的教学能够更加贴近实际,提高毕业学生适应企业发展需求的能力。
With the continuous development of economy and modernization in our country, enterprises gradually develop towards modern management, which puts higher demands on talents in business management. Secondary vocational schools as training bases for management personnel, but also with the development trend of enterprises, training suitable for the development of social talents, to meet the enterprise management personnel requirements. Combining with his own teaching experience, he puts forward some suggestions on how to carry out the curriculum reform of the major of business administration so that the teaching of the major can be closer to reality and improve the ability of graduating students to adapt to the development needs of enterprises.
