深圳市首届“企业最满意的政府部门”评选活动,历时四个月,深圳商报发稿72篇,评出9个优秀的政府部门,达到了加强机关建设,促进转变作风的目的。这是一次民主监督的成功尝试,也是深圳商报一次成功的新闻策划。 深圳经济特区新一届政府班子组成以后,狠抓了政府部门的自身建设。1995年10月,市政府制定了关于加强机关建设的22条规定。深圳商报社和深圳市企业协会经过充分协商,共同策划了评选“企业最满意的政府部门”活动。这次评选的目的是配合市政府转变工作职能,营造有效的监督制约机制,促进政府部门更
Shenzhen City, the first “Most Satisfied Government departments,” the selection of activities, which lasted four months, Shenzhen Commercial Daily issued 72 articles, appraised nine excellent government departments, reached the goal of strengthening organ construction and promoting change of style. This is a successful attempt at democratic supervision and a successful news plan of the Shenzhen Commercial Daily. After the formation of a new government team in the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, the government departments have been paying close attention to self-construction. In October 1995, the municipal government formulated 22 rules on strengthening organ construction. Shenzhen Commercial Daily and Shenzhen Enterprise Association, after full consultation, co-curated the selection of “the most satisfied with the government departments” activities.
