糖尿病视网膜病变作为糖尿病患者的常见性并发症,患者未得到有效治疗的情况下,会造成视力严重受损甚至失明,严重影响患者生活质量,但是目前关于糖尿病视网膜病变的发病机制还没有一个清楚的认识。炎症在糖尿病视网膜病变发病中起到重要作用,参与糖尿病视网膜病变的发生发展过程。相关研究有助于更好的认识和控制糖尿病视网膜病变发展,因此,就炎症在糖尿病视网膜病变中的作用机制及相关研究进展进行综述。
Diabetic retinopathy as a common complication of diabetic patients, patients without effective treatment will result in serious vision damage or even blindness, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients, but the current pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy is not yet a clear understanding. Inflammation plays an important role in the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy and participates in the occurrence and development of diabetic retinopathy. Related research will help to better understand and control the development of diabetic retinopathy. Therefore, the mechanism of inflammation in diabetic retinopathy and related research progress are reviewed.
