工会是工人阶级的群众组织,是党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带,在发展社会主义市场经济的总体格局中,担负着维护职工合法权益的神圣职责,具有特殊的不可替代的地位和作用。十五届四中全会《决定》对全心全意依靠工人阶级方针的强调。为工会进一步突出和履行维护职能拓宽了新的发展空间,也给工会工作带来了难得的发展机遇。这种机遇概括起来主要体现在:其一,《决定》为做好社会主义市场经济
Trade unions are the mass organizations of the working class and the bridges and ties between the party and the workers and the masses. They shoulder the sacred duty of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff members in the overall pattern of developing the socialist market economy and have a special irreplaceable status and role. The “Decision” of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 15th Central Committee emphasizes on the guideline of wholeheartedly relying on the working class. Further highlighting the trade unions and fulfilling their functions of maintenance have broadened the space for new development and brought about rare opportunities for the development of trade unions. This opportunity can be summed up mainly in the following aspects: First, the “decision” is to make the socialist market economy a success
