目的:探讨老年社区糖尿病患者应用二甲双弧治疗的临床效果。方法:选取于2012年4月至2014年8月门诊收治的68例老年糖尿病患者,将其作为研究对象,根据采用的治疗方式将患者分为对照组和研究组,给予对照组患者口服降糖药,给予研究组二甲双胍治疗,随访1年,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果:研究组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白均改善,与对照组比较,P<0.05。结论:针对老年社区糖尿病患者,给予二甲双胍治疗,能够有效控制血糖指标,改善患者生活质量,值得大力推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of metformin on elderly diabetic patients. Methods: A total of 68 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to our clinic from April 2012 to August 2014 were selected as study subjects. Patients were divided into control group and study group according to the adopted treatment methods. Patients in control group were given oral hypoglycemic Drugs were given to the study group metformin treatment, followed up for 1 year, the two groups were observed the therapeutic effect. Results: After treatment, the fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose and HbA1c in the study group were all improved, P <0.05 compared with the control group. Conclusion: For elderly patients with diabetes mellitus, metformin treatment can effectively control blood sugar levels and improve the quality of life of patients, it is worth to promote.
