现今随着手机的不断普及,电信业务飞速发展,而同时电信服务的内涵也发生了改变,原有的商业模式逐渐被破坏,所以面临着转型的需要,电信企业在转型期间下发了《关于实施企业战略转型的指导意见》,指出:全体员工的思想观念的转变是企业战略转型的前提,即企业文化是电信企业转型的动力。企业文化在电信行业的发展之中作用巨大,有着不可小觑的作用。
Today, with the continuous popularization of mobile phones and the rapid development of telecommunication services, meanwhile, the connotation of telecommunication services has also changed. The original business model has been gradually destroyed and is facing the need of transformation. During the transition period, telecom companies issued “ Guiding Opinions on Implementing Strategic Transformation of Enterprises ”, pointing out that the change of all employees’ ideas and concepts is the prerequisite for the strategic transformation of enterprises, that is, the corporate culture is the driving force behind the transformation of telecommunications enterprises. Corporate culture in the development of the telecommunications industry has a huge role, with a role to be underestimated.
