目的:探讨甲硝唑联合妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎效果观察。方法:随机选取我院收治的慢性盆腔炎患者96例,分成实验组和对照组各48例,对照组采取甲硝唑进行治疗,实验组在对照组基础上联合妇科千金片进行治疗,结束后比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗结束后,实验组在治疗效果(X~2=4.21,P<0.05)显著优于对照组,不良反应(X~2=0.87,P>0.05)差异不显著,治疗效果较为满意。结论:采取甲硝唑联合妇科千金胶囊治疗慢性盆腔炎效果,患者治疗效果较好,适合在临床上推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of metronidazole combined with gynecological Qianjin capsule on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: A total of 96 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly selected and divided into experimental group and control group (n = 48).
