小学阶段作为学生学习起步的初级阶段,从当前小学教育教学管理的现状来看,可以清楚地看到,对于教师行为的规范和约束还存在着一定的不足之处。笔者就当前小学教育教学管理中的教师行为的规范和教师行为的进一步约束提出了自己的见解。
Primary stage as the initial stage of student learning, from the current status quo of primary school teaching and management, we can clearly see that there are some shortcomings for the regulation and restraint of teacher behavior. The author puts forward his own opinions on the norms of teacher’s behavior and the further restraints of teacher’s behavior in the current teaching management of primary education.
