目的：评价国产氨溴索片的祛痰疗效及安全性。方法：１２２例呼吸系统疾病病人随机分入治疗组（Ｔ组）６１例和对照组（Ｃ组）６１例，另外４０例作为开放组（Ｏ组）。Ｔ组和Ｏ组给予国产氨溴索３０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ ｘ ２ ｗｋ； Ｃ组给予进口氨溴索 ３０ ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ Ｘ ２ ｗｋ。均饭后服用。结果： Ｔ， Ｃ ２组的祛痰疗效及不良反应发生率差异均无显著意义（Ｐ＞０． ０５）。国产氨溴索对多种呼吸系统疾病病人祛痰的综合临床疗效的临控率为 ５９． ４ ％，有效率为９２． １％。该药对咳嗽、痰量、痰的性状、咳痰难度等各单项指标均有较满意的疗效。其不良反应发生率仅３．２％。结论：国产氨溴索片祛痰有效、使用安全，与进口氨溴索片相似。
Objective: To evaluate the curative effect and safety of expectorant in domestic ambroxol tablets. Methods: A total of 122 patients with respiratory diseases were randomly divided into treatment group (T group) 61 cases and control group (C group) 61 cases, another 40 cases as open group (O group). Group B and group O were given domestic ambroxol 30mg, po, tid x 2 wk; Group C was given ambroxol 30 mg, po, tid X 2 wk. After taking meal. Results: The curative effect of expectorant and the incidence of adverse reactions in T and C 2 groups were not significant (P> 0.05). Domestic ambroxol on a variety of respiratory diseases patients expectorant comprehensive clinical curative effect of the rate of 59. 4%, the effective rate of 92. 1%. The drug on cough, sputum volume, phlegm traits, difficulty and other indicators of individual sputum have more satisfactory results. The incidence of adverse reactions was only 3.2%. Conclusion: Domestic Ambroxol tablets expectorant is effective and safe to use, similar to the imported ambroxol tablets.
