吸鼻烟系直接将鼻烟粉末经鼻腔吸入肺内,这种吸烟方式,至今仍在部分少数民族地区见到。由于烟末内混有不等量游离二氧化矽,二氧化矽在肺内可引起尘肺,本病医吸鼻烟所致,故称鼻烟尘肺。鼻烟尘肺国内迄今尚未见有报告,我们将西藏江孜县部分吸鼻烟年限较长的藏族居民,经临床、X 线检查,发现肺部有明确尘肺改变(共36例),现报告如下:材料分析鼻烟的种类不一,按其制作成分,主要包括以下三种;(1)烟叶与石粉混合鼻烟;(2)烟叶与草木灰混合鼻烟;(3)烟叶与藏草药混合鼻烟等。鼻烟配制系将组成鼻烟的
