目的评价早期综合干预对新生儿窒息智能发育改善的效果。方法本院足月新生儿窒息患儿164例,随机分为窒息干预组83例和窒息对照组81例,并选同时期出生82例正常足月新生儿为正常新生儿组。采用贝来量表(CDCC)分别于出生后6个月、12个月、18个月和24个月对三组的智力发育指数(MDI)和运动发育指数(PDI)进行评价。结果窒息干预组患儿MDI和PDI评分明显高于窒息对照组,三组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。窒息干预组的神经系统后遗症发生率为6.0%(5/81),窒息对照组的神经系统后遗症发生率为19.8%(16/81),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期综合干预可促进窒息儿的智能发育,有利于防治其智能低下及其他神经系统后遗症,提高其生存质量。
Objective To evaluate the effect of early comprehensive intervention on the improvement of neonatal asphyxia. Methods 164 cases of full-term neonatal asphyxia in our hospital were randomly divided into three groups: asphyxial group (83 cases) and asphyxia group (81 cases), and 82 normal full-term newborns were selected as normal newborn group. The mental development index (MDI) and motor developmental index (PDI) of the three groups were evaluated at 6 months, 12 months, 18 months and 24 months after birth by using the Bale Scale (CDCC). Results The scores of MDI and PDI in the asphyxia group were significantly higher than those in the asphyxia group (P <0.05). The incidence of nervous system sequela was 6.0% (5/81) in the asphyxia group and 19.8% (16/81) in the asphyxia control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Early comprehensive intervention can promote the intellectual development of asphyxiated children, which is good for preventing and treating their mental retardation and other neurological sequelae and improving their quality of life.
