国际海事组织于1994年7月11日至15日召开培训与值班标准分委会第26次会议,并于7月4日至8日召开了修改《1978年海员培训、发证和值班标准国际公约》工作组会议。出席分委会会议的有来自50个国家或地区和23个国际组织的代表或观察员,共计260人;出席工作组会议的有来自28个国家或地区和14个国际组织的代表或观察员共150人。我国派代表出席了这两个会议。分委会第26次会议的主要议题是审议由修改《1978年海员培训、发证和值班标准国际公约》顾问组提出并经7月4日至8日会间工作组讨论的该公约修正草案和由《渔民培训和发证标准》起草工作组主席提交的草案。现将分委会对这两份草案的审议情况归纳如下:1 关于1978年公约修正草案经过分委会第26次会议的讨论和第3次顾问组会议及第2次会间工作组的修改,该公约的修正草案已基本形成,预计将在明年7月召开的外交大会上通过。在正式通过以前,今年12月
The IMO convened its 26th meeting of the Standards Committee on Training and on-duty Standards from July 11 to July 15, 1994 and conducted an amendment to the Standards for Training, Certification and Watchkeeping Standards for Seafarers, 1978, from July 4 to July 8 Convention Working Group meeting. A total of 260 delegates or observers from 50 countries and 23 international organizations attended the Subcommittee meeting. A total of 150 delegates or observers from 28 countries and 14 international organizations attended the meeting of the Working Group people.
