近年来,我省猪带绦虫病的流行有上升趋势。为了解该病流行情况和流行各环节可能存在的问题,我们先后于1985年和1986年,在兖州、高唐2县6个乡镇的18万余人口范围内进行了调查。1 调查结果1.1 人群猪带绦虫病感染情况在兖州县5个区、镇,共调查163941人,根据粪内排出节片确定猪带绦虫病现患症者共153人,患病率平均为0.09%。各乡、镇平均患病率在0.03～0.12%范围。发现既往有排节片历史者281人,根据其发病年份分布情况,可见患病人数有逐
