近年来我国大量的工程实践证明,对于水利工程成本管理而言,其实有着许多需要考虑的情况和方面,除了贯穿整个水利工程建设全过程成本的主要阶段和方面的内容之外,还有许许多多纷繁复杂的特殊情况和意外事件等都能对水利工程成本造成不同程度的影响。本文基于我国水利工程成本管理的现状,对水利工程成本管理问题的优化措施进行了浅要的分析和探讨。
