转型期建构与创新行政文化探析

行政文化具有不同于一般社会文化的特殊性和可建构性。在转型期国家-社会力量不对称的情境下,面临社会文化建设的困境,积极提升行政文化对于社会文化的影响能力,进而推动整个社会文化的健康发展,是文化发展的重要路径。在当前中国语境中,构建具有吸引力、创造力和凝聚力的创新性行政文化,既是行政主体的责任,也契合行政主体的意愿和能力。

Administrative culture is different from the general social and cultural characteristics and constructability. Facing the predicament of social and cultural construction, actively enhancing the administrative culture’s influence on social culture and promoting the healthy development of social and cultural as a whole, it is an important path of cultural development in the context of the transitional countries and the asymmetric social forces. In the current Chinese context, building an innovative administrative culture with attractiveness, creativity and cohesion is not only the responsibility of the administrative body but also the will and ability of the administrative body.
