龙江县田径传统项目业余训练的中学共有5所,坚持常年训练的有2所,各个学校之间训练时间、场地、后勤保障、训练强度岑吃不齐。从近几年龙江县中学田径运动会的成绩来看,各项目的成绩成下滑的趋势,而且每年参加比赛的代表队也在不断的减少,其观赏性和关注度也在降低。各个田径传统项目的中学中的队员的人数也呈现下降的趋势,性别比例也存在着失衡的现象。笔者经过实地的考察发现龙江县中学田径业余训练中存在的问题极其原因,给予解答和寻找对策方法。笔者选取了3所龙江县田径业余训练的中学,和6名各个学校的教练员作为本论文的研究对象,吸收和采纳了相关领导和教练员提出的策略。

After the field investigation I found Longjiang middle and high school track and field amateur training in the extreme causes of problems, to give answers and find ways to countermeasures. I selected three Longjiang track and field amateur training secondary schools, and six coaches of various schools as the object of this paper, to absorb and adopt the strategies proposed by the relevant leaders and coaches.
