通过设计合理的学校交通车调度规则,分析教职工用车规律,建立了乘车人数与需购置车辆数的关系。根据学校课时分布情况,建立了购车数量的整数规划模型,以费用成本最小为原则,得出交通车运行方案。考虑租车与购车两种方案,得出现有市场价格下,学校自购车比租车更为划算。引入满意度概念,对学生乘车人数分布进行蒙特卡罗模拟,得出了在考虑学生乘车后交通车的配置方案。最后评价了方案的优缺点,并提出了进一步的改进方向。
Through the design of reasonable school bus scheduling rules, analysis of the law of teaching staff, set up the number of vehicles and the need to purchase the number of vehicles. According to the distribution of school hours, an integer programming model of the number of car purchase is established. Based on the principle of minimum cost and cost, a traffic operation plan is obtained.
