用于生物剂量估计的指标有细胞遗传学指标、体细胞基因突变指标、毛发、临床应急生物剂量指标等,但周围血淋巴细胞染色体畸变分析及淋巴细胞微核检测是长期接触低剂量照射条件下最敏感的指标。针对染色体畸变和微核不同的分类项衍生出来的评价指标,国内外许多学者都有从与对照组、不同性别、不同工种、不同工龄、不同年龄、不同地区等进行调查和研究。本文结合累积剂量的关系等对这些衍生的评价指标进行综述,以帮助不同地区可找出一条符合不同地区、不同实验室用于评价辐射损伤的染色体畸变判定指标。

In this paper, we summarize these derived evaluation indexes in terms of the relationship between cumulative dose and so on, so as to help different regions find a diagnostic indicator that can be used to evaluate chromosome aberration in different regions and different laboratories for evaluating radiation damage.
