十几年前,我经常到作家刘绍棠家串门,他的家是在西四光明胡同,只有东房和南房几间,已被煤烟涂染成一副破旧的样子,院落也不够大,他写作的桌子相当于现在的大班台的1/5,桌子的右边是一只看不出本色的火炉子。绍棠给自己的家起了一个恰如其分的斋名,日:蝈笼斋。尽管如此,我仍羡慕的不得了,那毕竟是属于他自己的一片天地。这片天地是绍棠在五十年代初用2000元的稿费购得的,当时在文坛很是轰动,而后因他被打成右派,文革期间饱受了一番灾难,买房子的事也成了他的“材料”之一。那
