俗话说:“没有规矩不成方圆”。可见,法在调控人们行为规范中的重要性。一些少数民族一直存在着一些不同于国家制定法的长期被人们规范生活的习惯法,而婚姻习惯法更是具有鲜明的特性。这使得少数民族婚姻习惯法值得被研究。本文着重从部分地区对婚姻习惯法与《婚姻法》的冲突的表现和解决冲突的建议第两个方面来对婚姻习惯性与《婚姻法》的冲突进行研究。
As the saying goes: “No rules are not square ”. Can be seen that the law in regulating the code of conduct in people’s importance. Some ethnic minorities have always had a number of customary laws that have long been regulated by the people, other than state law, and the customary law of marriage is more distinctive. This makes minority marriage customary law worth studying. This article focuses on the conflict between marriage customary law and Marriage Law from the second aspect of the conflict between marriage law and Marriage Law in some areas.
