“三个代表”重要思想,是在新的历史条件下全面加强党的建设纲领。党员领导干部能否切实身体力行“三个代表”,其领导楷模作用发挥如何,影响着广大普通党员与人民群众的思想行为,事关全面建设小康社会战略目标的实现。因而,加强领导干部修养是实践“三个代表”的重要基础,领导干部必须通过学习———实践———再学习———再实践的途径,加强自身的政治理论、理想信念、作风建设、道德品质修养。
