目的:提高中医临床疗效评价研究工作的质量和效率。方法:分析中医临床疗效评价的基本要求,探讨研究设计、研究实施和数据分析的质量要求,提出软件设计需求。结果:根据减少数据流转的原则,将研究设计的科学性实现、研究实施的数据管理和研究数据的分析评价三个阶段均设计了符合中医临床特点的技术实现方法,并整合成一个软件系统。结论:中医临床疗效评价多阶段一体化管理系统满足临床研究科学性实现需要,满足数据科学管理和提高质量效率需要,满足数据分析便捷性需要。
Objective: To improve the quality and efficiency of the clinical evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: To analyze the basic requirements of clinical curative effect evaluation, discuss the quality requirements of research design, research implementation and data analysis, and put forward the software design requirements. Results: According to the principle of reducing the data flow, the technical realization of the scientific design of the research design, the data management of the research implementation and the analysis and evaluation of the research data were designed in accordance with the clinical features of TCM and integrated into a software system. Conclusion: The multi-stage integrated management system of clinical curative effect evaluation of TCM meets the need of scientific realization of clinical research, meets the needs of data science management and quality efficiency, and meets the need of data analysis convenience.
