本文以贵州少数民族自治地区为研究对象,首先解释了发展能力的内涵,以贵州民族地区是不发达地区为切入点,进行了理论分析。然后从经济、社会和资源环境三个方面建立了贵州民族地区发展能力的综合评价指标体系,进行因子分析。对贵州各少数民族地区的发展能力进行综合比较并进行评价,找到各地区现阶段发展中的不足,并提出相关的政策建议。
Taking Guizhou Minority Autonomous Region as the research object, this paper first explains the connotation of development capability, and makes a theoretical analysis based on the underdeveloped regions in Guizhou ethnic minority areas. Then, from three aspects of economy, society and resources and environment, the comprehensive evaluation index system of development capability in Guizhou minority area was established and the factor analysis was carried out. Conduct a comprehensive comparison and evaluation on the development capability of all ethnic minority areas in Guizhou, find out the deficiencies in the current development of all regions and make relevant policy suggestions.
