2005年5月19日下午,中国西藏登山学校与法国沙木尼登山滑雪学校合作协议签字仪式在拉萨隆重举行。参加签字仪式的领导有:西藏自治区人民政府副主席甲热·洛桑丹增,法国体育部部长办公室主任色吉·柯尼克先生,法国沙木尼登山滑雪学校校长坡斯林先生,西藏自治区体育局党组书记、西藏自治区登山协会主席群增,西藏自治区体育局副局长平措江村。
On the afternoon of May 19, 2005, the signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement between Tibet Mountaineering School of China and France’s Chamonix Ski School was held in Lhasa. The leaders attending the signing ceremony are: Jagiez Lausanne Zengzeng, Vice Chairman of People’s Government of Tibet Autonomous Region; Sergei Koenik, Director of the Office of the Minister of Sport of France; Mr. Po Slin, President of Chamonix Mountaineering Skiing School in France; Party Group of Sports Bureau of Tibet Autonomous Region Secretary of Tibet Autonomous Region Mountaineering Association Chairman Zeng Zeng, Tibet Autonomous Region Sports Bureau deputy director Pingtokamura.
