以中国无忧花为试材,采用单因素完全随机设计方法,研究了植物生长调节剂GGR6对中国无忧花的影响。结果表明:喷施不同浓度植物生长调节剂GGR6对中国无忧花的各生理生化指标影响不同。对中国无忧花苗木叶面喷施GGR6最佳浓度在20~30mg/L。随着GGR6浓度的增加,与CK相比,其叶片叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、游离脯氨酸含量呈现先增大后减小趋势;对超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈现先减小后增大趋势;对叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量影响呈现逐渐降低趋势。
Taking the Chinese worry flower as the test material, the effect of the plant growth regulator GGR6 on the Chinese worry flower was studied by a single factor completely randomized design method. The results showed that spraying different concentrations of plant growth regulators GGR6 had different effects on the physiological and biochemical indexes of Worms Flower.
