战俘是不是罪犯?他们与战犯、间谍、恐怖分子不同吧?然而国际间长期扣押战俘、虐待乃至屠杀战俘的事件屡见不鲜。美国自我标榜为“人权卫士”,却奉行双重标准,至今还在寻找他们侵略朝鲜、越南时的军人遗骸,同时又掩盖其虐待伊拉克战俘的丑闻。据说英国有条法律,事隔30年后,机密档案也可以解密,供研究人员查阅,目的大概是总结经验教训,“还历史以真面目”,或曰“填补空白”。事情有大有小,我这个小人物,在事隔半个世纪之后,也愿意对中国人民志愿军战俘营里的若干小事情作一些“补白”。
