目的:分析精加力左旋肉碱复合营养素联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗弱精少精症的临床疗效。方法:将2015年10月-2016年10月来我院进行治疗的136例少精弱精患者纳入本次研究,并按照不同的治疗方法随机分组,单一组患者使用左卡尼汀口服液治疗,联合组患者在此基础上联合精加力左旋肉碱复合营养素治疗,比较两组患者的治疗情况。结果:联合组治疗有效率86.8%要明显高于单一组的67.6%(P<0.05);治疗前后相比,两组精子参数各项指标情况皆有显著改善(P<0.05),且联合组各项精子参数改善情况要远优于单一组(P<0.05)。结论:精加力左旋肉碱复合营养素联合左卡尼汀口服液治疗弱精少精症的疗效甚佳,是治疗男性不育症的一个有效方法。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the clinical effect of refined force L-carnitine combined with L-carnitine oral liquid in the treatment of asthenospermia. Methods: One hundred and sixty - six patients with less delicate asthenic who were treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were enrolled in this study and randomly divided into groups according to different treatment methods. Patients in the single group were treated with L - carnitine oral liquid , Combined group of patients on this basis, combined with refined L-carnitine nutrient therapy, the treatment of patients in two groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of the combined therapy group was significantly higher than that of the single therapy group (86.8% vs 67.6%, P <0.05). The sperm parameters of both groups were significantly improved (P <0.05) before and after treatment, The sperm parameters improved much better than the single group (P <0.05). Conclusions: The effect of L-carnitine combined with L-carnitine oral solution for the treatment of asthenospermia is very good, which is an effective way to treat male infertility.
