BAS389(N-环已基-N-甲氧基-2,5-二甲基-3-呋喃基甲酰胺)是最近试验对立枯丝核菌和其它病菌很有效的一种新杀菌剂。 离体试验中,BAS389对六种分离的立枯丝核菌是高毒,在0.25—1.0微克(有效成份,下同)/毫升,就有较强活性,抑制生长(约80—90％)最高浓度是2.5微克/毫升,浓度再加大,不能进一步再增加。 在土壤中,加BAS389 0.5微克/克土,大大降低立枯丝核菌的腐生活性。5.0微克/
