只“重讲”,不“重奖”,口惠而实不至,难以调动人的积极性;只“重奖”不“重讲”,恰似“重奖”缺少一道“深加工”,“重奖”效应无以增值,难以在更大范围和更高程度上激发人的积极性。只有“奖”、“讲”并重,才能相辅相成、相得益彰。应该说,比起没轻没重的“大锅奖”来,“重奖”不失为一种进步。但“重奖”毕竟不是目的。实行“重奖”,固然是对贡献突出者的价值予以肯定,而更重要的,则在于通过“重奖”形成一种“见贤思齐”的激励机制,唤起更多的人为企业为社会
Only “re-speaking” or “rewarding” is not a good thing, but it is difficult to mobilize people’s enthusiasm; only “rewards” do not “re-speak”, just like “re-prize” lacks a “deep processing”, and “rewards” effects have no value added. It is difficult to stimulate people’s enthusiasm in a wider range and to a higher degree. Only “prizes” and “speaking” can be combined to complement each other and complement each other. It should be said that “rewards” is a step forward in comparison to a light weight “big pot prize.” But “rewarding” is not an end after all. Implementing “rewards” is certainly affirming the value of those who have made outstanding contributions, and more importantly, it is to form an incentive mechanism for “seeing the virtuous people” through “rewards and awards,” and to arouse more people for the sake of the society.
