课堂能否进行高效率授课,学生与老师之间能否做到默契配合,教师能否让一节课的内容合理分布在课堂的每一个细节,这些都有赖于教师的教案设计是否符合学生的整体情况。一份优秀的教案需要教师提前进行精心的设计和准备,提前将课堂上可能出现的情况和反应进行预想;还需要教师对授课对象也就是学生进行一定的分析,对授课内容进行一定的研究。只有这样,才能使教案在教学中更好地发挥其“引导者”和“先行者”的作用。
