本文围绕铁路超限检测的关键问题,论述建立铁路超限检测系统的基本内容,在分析铁路超限检测系统技术路线及各模块运作功能的基础上,建立以红外传感器与高速摄像机相结合的铁路超限检测系统,为铁路车辆的超限检测提供新的理念和手段。在明确铁路超限检测系统研究是以列车动态运行状态为背景的同时,提出系统多因素交互作用的动态检测关系。本文对铁路超限检测系统的硬件结构进行分析,阐述各部分的设置情况,并对铁路超限检测系统的模块进行分析,阐述各模块的工作原理及功能,最终实现对铁路车辆超限状态的动态检测。
