国家宏观调控以及我国沿海发达地区产业升级战略的实施和深入,推动了我国沿海发达地区的产业转移,为广西充分借助地缘、人缘、资源优势,主动承接发达地区产业转移提供了新的发展机遇。本文系统地总结和分析“十二五”时期广西承接产业转移的主要做法、成效,对“十三五”时期推动广西更好更快地承接产业转移提供了重要参考。当前,世界经济全球化和区域经济一体化趋势不断加深,国际国内产业分工面临深刻调整,产业转移是大势所趋。
The implementation of state macroeconomic regulation and control and the industrial upgrading strategy of the coastal areas in our country have promoted the industrial transfer in the developed coastal areas of our country and provided new opportunities for Guangxi to make full use of its advantages in geography, popularity and resources to proactively undertake the industrial transfer in developed areas. This paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the major practices and achievements of Guangxi in undertaking industrial transfer in the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” period and provides an important reference for promoting Guangxi to undertake industrial transfer better and faster in the “13th Five-Year Plan” period. At present, the trend of global economic globalization and regional economic integration has been deepening. The division of labor in the international and domestic industries is undergoing profound adjustments. The transfer of industries is the dominant trend.
