综述了刚玉陶瓷的机械性能,结合实际应用案例,说明刚玉陶瓷作为新型耐磨材料的优越性能。通过分析陶瓷与金属的连接方式,得出胶粘法是目前可操作性较强的连接方法。刮板输送机的失效形式主要是中部槽过度磨损,论证了刚玉陶瓷作为耐磨材料应用到刮板输送机上的可行性,并设计了新型刮板输送机的中部槽形式。
The mechanical properties of corundum ceramics are summarized. Combined with the practical application cases, the corundum ceramics as a new type of wear-resistant materials superior performance. By analyzing the connection between ceramic and metal, it is concluded that the adhesive method is the most feasible method of connection. The failure mode of scraper conveyor is mainly the excessive wear of the middle groove. The feasibility of applying corundum ceramic to the scraper conveyor as a wear-resisting material is demonstrated and the middle groove form of the new scraper conveyor is designed.
