Carbohydrates are one of the most active organic components in soils and their behavior in soils is affected by factors such as soil density and particle size, seasonality and microorganisms. Due to the extensive interaction between carbohydrates and clay and various ions, it can stabilize the soil structure, reduce the loss of soil and useful substances to a certain extent, and maintain the stability of the soil environment. The behavior of carbohydrates in the soil is obvious, and the source difference can be reflected in the monosaccharide composition, because of this, carbohydrates can be used as an indicator and reference to reflect the degradation and migration of organic matter in the soil
