初中阶段在个体体育锻炼习惯形成过程中起到关键作用。对重庆不同地区7所中学的问卷调查揭示了初中生体育锻炼行为的现状、学校因素对锻炼行为的影响、学校间的差异。结果显示,初中生整体处于锻炼行为的较低阶段,体育锻炼不足,其主要制约因素是学习压力过大和缺少场地设施。体育课程、师生关系、学校设施、锻炼机会和体育社团均对学生体育锻炼行为产生正向影响,但在不同类型的学校间又存在差异。
The junior middle school plays a key role in the formation of individual physical exercise habit. A questionnaire survey of 7 middle schools in different regions of Chongqing reveals the current situation of junior middle school students’ physical exercise behavior, the influence of school factors on exercise behaviors, and the differences among schools. The results show that junior high school students are generally in the lower stage of physical exercise, lack of physical exercise, the main constraints are the excessive learning pressure and the lack of venue facilities. Physical education curriculum, teacher-student relationship, school facilities, training opportunities and sports associations have a positive impact on students’ physical exercise behavior, but there are differences between different types of schools.
