文章研究集料级配对排水性能的影响,对多孔混凝土的组成材料,包括水泥、粗细集料等提出具体技术指标要求。多孔混凝土成型方法不同,对其强度和空隙率会产生较大的影响,从而决定了其材料组成设计方法的不同。对多孔混凝土采用振动成型和免振捣成型两种不同的方法分别进行了研究。并根据唐山地区的原材料特点及沥青路面结构特点,建立多孔混凝土的原材料质量控制体系,提出有效粒径、均匀系数以及骨架空隙率为描述集料级配的有效指标。
The article studies the influence of aggregate gradation on drainage performance, and puts forward specific technical requirements for the composition of porous concrete materials, including cement, coarse aggregate and so on. Different forming methods of porous concrete will have a greater impact on the strength and porosity, which determines the different methods of the material composition design. Porous concrete vibration molding and vibration-free molding using two different methods were studied. Based on the characteristics of raw materials and asphalt pavement structure in Tangshan, the quality control system of raw materials for porous concrete was established. The effective indexes of aggregate gradation, such as effective particle size, uniform coefficient and void fraction, were proposed.
