目的观察制川乌与瓜蒌配伍对慢性心衰大鼠血流动力学的影响,为乌附类中药与瓜蒌配伍应用提供可靠的依据。方法建立大鼠慢性心衰模型,测定川乌相反配伍瓜蒌对心衰大鼠血流动力学指标的影响,并采用链霉素抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶(S-P)法检测心肌细胞Bcl-2、Bax蛋白表达。结果制川乌与瓜蒌配伍高、中、低剂量组均可改善慢性心衰大鼠血流动力学指标,高剂量组上调Bcl-2抑制凋亡基因的表达,提高Bcl-2/Bax比值。结论适当剂量的制川乌配伍全瓜蒌的共煎液对慢性心力衰竭大鼠心肌具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and Radix Paeoniae Alba on hepatic hemodynamics in rats with chronic heart failure, and provide a reliable basis for the compatibility of Radix Aconiti preparata. Methods The model of chronic heart failure was established in rats. The effects of Radix Aconiti kusnezoffii on the hemodynamics of heart failure rats were determined. The Bcl-2 levels in cardiomyocytes were detected by streptavidin-peroxidase (SP) -2, Bax protein expression. Results High and medium dose and low dose of Radix Aconiti Kusnezoffii and Fructus Quagnes could both improve the hemodynamic parameters of chronic heart failure rats, and high dose of Bcl-2 could up-regulate the expression of Bcl-2 and increase the ratio of Bcl-2 / Bax . Conclusion Appropriate dose of Radix Aconiti combined with Radix et Rhizoma Rhei decoction has a protective effect on myocardium in rats with chronic heart failure.
