传统的柴油机燃烧方式因其混合气浓度不均匀而难以改善NO、和PM排放之间的制约关系。预混合压缩着火(PCI)提高了燃油一空气混合气的质量,有利于净化柴油机燃烧。为了使PCI燃烧方式实用化,开发了一种可在传统燃烧方式和PCI燃烧方式之间进行转换的双模式燃烧系统。在实用化过程中尚需进一步开发PCI燃烧的控制技术。
The traditional diesel combustion method because of its uneven concentration of mixed gas and difficult to improve the relationship between NO and PM emissions. Pre-mixed compression ignition (PCI) improves the quality of the fuel-air mixture and helps purify the diesel engine. In order to make the PCI combustion method practical, a dual-mode combustion system that can convert between the traditional combustion method and the PCI combustion method has been developed. In the practical process still need to further develop PCI combustion control technology.
