多孔的高分子聚乙烯(PHDPE)是一种加热能塑成各种形状的物质,孔的直径约40~150μm,还可以达到200μm或更大,以往经常用于听骨链的重建。怍者经过临床研究和动物实验发现本品具有良好的组织耐受性和形态稳定性,可以制成管形,板状和所需要的特殊形态,是头颈部修复术的合适材料。各种实验表明,新生骨能生长到多孔的聚乙烯中去。用PHDPE注入豚鼠的头颈缺损部分,对动物颅骨的支架稳定作用明显地较特氟隆为优。自1982年以来,作者采用PHDPE修复额骨和眶缘缺损4例,其中3例完全用PHDPE修复,1例用PHDPE和额骨修复。术后随访3个月到2年半,经X线摄片检查发现:4个病
Porous polyethylene (PHDPE) is a material that can be heated and shaped into various shapes. The diameter of pores is about 40-150 μm and can reach 200 μm or more.
