本文通过探讨孕妇在产程中应用自由体位配合分娩球对促进产程进展和提高自然分娩的效果，进而得出结论：在产程中采用自由体位应用分娩球不但能消除产妇的恐惧感也能适当的减轻疼痛，并能加速产程，纠正活跃期的胎头衔接异常，大大提高了自然分娩率，降低了剖宫产率，这是值得在临床推广的助产模式。“,”The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of free position delivery assisted by parturition baloon on the birth process and the natural delivery rate. The conclusion is drawn that the application of the free position and the parturition baloon in the delivery process not only dispels primiparas’ fear and reduces their pain, but also accelerates the delivery process, corrects the abnormal engagement of fetal head in the active period, greatly enhances the natural delivery rate and reduces Caesarean section rate. It is a delivery pattern deserving clinical application.
