目的探讨迷走神经在胸腺细胞成熟发育和输出过程中的作用。方法实验采取颈部右侧迷走神经切断术,应用免疫组织化学和流式细胞术检测大鼠胸腺CD4、CD8阳性细胞表达及分布变化情况。结果 CD4、CD8阳性细胞分布于大鼠胸腺特定区域,单侧迷走神经切断后阳性细胞分布面积减小,未成熟胸腺细胞百分比降低,成熟胸腺细胞百分比升高。结论迷走神经切断术后,胸腺中未成熟T细胞减少,成熟T细胞数量相对增多。迷走神经在T细胞发育及输出过程中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the role of vagus nerve in thymocyte maturation and export. Methods The vagotomy on the right side of the neck was performed. The expression of CD4 and CD8 positive cells in the thymus of the rats were detected by immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry. Results The distribution of CD4 and CD8 positive cells in the thymus area of rats was decreased. The area of positive cells decreased after unilateral vagotomy, the percentage of immature thymocytes decreased, and the percentage of mature thymocytes increased. Conclusion After vagotomy, the number of immature T cells in the thymus decreased and the number of mature T cells increased. Vagal nerve plays an important role in T cell development and export.
