为促进中小企业发展,我国政府长期致力于对中小企业实行积极的扶持政策和有效的法律保障,但与美、日等发达国家相比,还存在诸如政策法律支持体系不完善、发展缓慢等问题,应当借鉴发达国家在中小企业政策法律支持体系方面的有益经验,结合我国国情,进一步完善中小企业政策法律支持体系,为中小企业全面、稳定、健康的发展提供强有力的政策保证和法律保障。
