十七大胜利闭幕了。综观十七大的方针政策和人事安排,感觉到执政党中央领导班子对未来5年的施政有了明确的思路,这种思路大体上可以概括为:稳住发展大盘,徐图政改新局。
Seventeenth victory closed. Looking at the guidelines, policies and personnel arrangements of the 17th National Congress, I feel that the leadership of the party in power in the ruling party has a clear idea on the next five years of governance. This kind of thinking can be broadly summarized as: Stabilizing the development of the broader market and Xu Tuzheng’s reform.
