雪上一支高中毒并发心律失常比较常见,但引起多形性室速则少见.我们遇到2例,报告如下:例1 男,65岁,工人.腰及四肢酸痛20年,服雪上一支蒿药酒后心悸,昏倒1小时入院.入院前一天晚10时,因四肢酸痛外擦和口服自制一支蒿药酒(雪上一支蒿30g 加白酒200ml 泡1月)50ml,半小时后感头昏,唇周及四肢麻木,恶心呕吐,眩晕黑蒙,继之倒地,意识丧失,四肢抽搐,约3分钟清醒,急送入院.检查:BP9/5kPa(70/40mmHg),心界不大,心率54次/分,节律不齐,无杂音.心电图报告:室性心动过速.立即洗胃。利多卡因100mgiv,5分钟后追加100mg,同时以2mg/min 的速度静滴,上述症状再次发作,心电示波呈多形性室速,短阵室扑、室颤伴阿-斯征发
